Silver is more based in a “threat assessment” style of work. While displaying calmness, she will keep close observations on surroundings while notifying her handler to the potential of a threat with physical contact (touching paws to the handler) and then signaling to the threat. She has been through PTSD training involving distraction work based in touch and licking the handler’s hands to signify the potential episode oncoming. She is both good on and off the leash and comfortable for whatever situation is faced.

Casper is most known for his sensitivity to human emotions and the changes they go through. He is PTSD trained with the basis of distractionary work. He implements physical touch and a rather “in your face” presence to refocus his handler.
With his ever readiness to help, he is still a dog that enjoys sunbathing and sharing his curiosity with you as you both make your way through your day. He enjoys the company of both kids and other dogs and is quite accepting of cats as well. His on and off the leash approach gives as much accessibility to his handler.
